Life Line 24x7 Diagnostics provides diagnostic services conveniently at your home and at our Customer Experience Centre. At our Customer Experience Centre, you can access and experience our knowledge zone and check your fitness.

Which areas do you serve for Home Sample Collection?

Currently, we serve select pin codes in Bangalore and will be expanding our operations to more areas soon.

Do you have a physical location for sample collection?

We have one lab in (Area coming soon) (off (Area coming soon) Rd) and two Customer Experience Centre in (Area coming soon) and (Area coming soon), with plans to expand across Bangalore.

How do I book an appointment for home sample collection?

You can search for the tests and packages you need in the search tab at the top. Add them to your cart and make the payment. Our team will then call you to schedule a home sample collection at your convenience. Or You can request a call back using the option at the top of the page. How far in advance should I book an appointment?

You should schedule your appointment at least one day in advance, preferably before 7 PM.

An expert phlebotomist will collect your samples at home or at our Customer Experience Centre. The process takes about 10 minutes.

We offer all digital payment options including UPI, cards, Net banking and Wallet. The choice is yours!

When do I need to make the payment?

You need to make the payment when you book your test or package online. Or You need to make the payment when our team schedules a sample collection Or You need to make the payment when our Phlebotomist visits for sample collection

When will I receive my test results?

We strive to provide your reports as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on the type of test/package and can be viewed on the selected test page. Typically, it takes around 24-48 hours
